TYPE OF INTEGRATION

Paypal: Total. The amount is loaded dynamically according to the dates of the booking and calculates a certain percentaje or 100% to charge in USD. The payment is then registered on the reservation and deducted from the gran total. The booking is confirmed, changes are state in the Dashboard and a notification is sent to the client.

WebPay: Payment button integrated on the booking engine, redirected to Webpay's portal so the client can perform the operation, captures a percentage or 100% of the booking and send back again to the booking engine to confirm the reservation.

Stripe: Total. The amount is loaded dynamically according to the dates of the booking and calculates a certain percentaje or 100% to charge in USD. The payment is then registered on the reservation and deducted from the gran total. The booking is confirmed, changes are state in the Dashboard and a notification is sent to the client.

ADVANTAGES/DISADVANTAGES

PayPal: Fast, secure. The problem for a non-American who can only get the money up to USD 500 per day for a fee of USD 5 and only credit card in USD who enrolled in the system.

WebPay: Advantage for Chileans because it is efficient and known. For a foreigner it is a weird interaction because your are redirected to another portal in order to perform the payment, this creates insecurity and doubts

Stripe: The most recommended for its payment process, good integration with the booking engine and worldwide.
