How can I recover my password?

  1. Enter the link of your hotel in Clerk (http://myhotel.clerk.im)
  2. Click on “Do you want to recover your password?
  3. Enter your username and select “Send password
  4. Clerk will send you an email immediately to the address you provided to us when you created your Clerk account
  5. You will receive an email from Clerk Services with a link so you can access Clerk and change the password for a new one.
  6. Don’t forget to create a new password that you can easily remember
